Welcome to Aureus Services. By accessing or using our website, booking platform, or transportation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, phone line, or authorized representatives.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including pick-up time, location, and contact details.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aureus Services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for valid reasons, including safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.

Payments and Rates

  • All fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and service selected.
  • Payment methods include major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms.
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes, tolls, and additional service charges when applicable.
  • Gratuity is not included unless stated otherwise and is at the client’s discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total fare.
  • “No-shows” or cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Waiting Time and Delays

  • For airport pickups, a complimentary waiting time of 45 minutes is provided after the flight’s actual landing time.
  • For other pickups, a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes applies.
  • After the complimentary waiting period, additional charges may apply per 15-minute interval.
  • Aureus Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct. applies.
  • The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate a trip if passenger behavior threatens the safety of the driver or vehicle.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Aureus Services is not responsible for any personal items left in vehicles after service completion.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to recover and return lost items upon request.

Vehicle Use and Substitution

  • Aureus Services reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or higher class in case of maintenance issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Vehicle images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Aureus Services shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use, including delays, missed flights, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected during the booking process is securely stored and used only to process and manage your reservations in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms
